The Executive Director serves as the chief operational leader of Circle Lodge, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the residential program, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, staff development, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall operations of the residential program
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare required reports for county and state agencies
Develop and monitor the annual budget and approve expenditures
Provide monthly updates to the Board of Directors on program performance
Design and implement service delivery strategies, including new program initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with CRR Regulations (Title 5310)
Represent Circle Lodge in public and community relations efforts
Recruit, train, assign, and evaluate staff across all levels
Provide social work services to residents and their families
Approve resident service plans and ensure documentation meets licensure standards
Facilitate staff meetings and participate in case conferences as needed
Serve as on-call contact for emergency situations
Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (required)
Proven leadership experience in residential or human services settings
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with state licensure requirements and regulatory frameworks
