Key Qualifications  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management or director-level roles in a senior living community.  Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.  Must hold a valid Administrator Certification.  Passion for working with seniors and enhancing their well-being.  Proven ability to manage operating expenses and optimize financial performance.  Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective engagement.  Strong leadership abilities to motivate, inspire, and lead by example, fostering high-performing teams.  Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with residents, families, staff, and the broader community.  Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills and technology solutions.
