    Executive Director – Residential IDD Services (Part-Time)

    *This is a senior, full-time operational leadership role supporting a licensed 6400 residential program.

    Schedule:Full-Time, approximately 40 hours per week Location: Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania (Hybrid / On-Site as Needed)

    Overview

    We are seeking an experienced senior leader to provide executive-level oversight of licensed residential services supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and focuses on regulatory compliance, operational stability, and high-quality, person-centered supports within a Pennsylvania 6400 licensed environment.

    The ideal candidate brings deep residential leadership experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to guide teams and systems at an organizational level.

    Key Responsibilities

    Provide senior leadership oversight of licensed residential programs

    Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania 6400 regulations and ODP requirements

    Support licensing readiness, incident management, and corrective action processes

    Supervise and mentor senior staff and program leadership

    Collaborate with the Board of Directors on organizational priorities and strategy

    Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and operational performance

    Promote person-centered practices and regulatory accountability

    Required Qualifications

    Minimum of five (5) years of leadership experience in licensed residential IDD services

    Demonstrated experience with PA 6400 compliance and regulatory oversight

    Strong supervisory, organizational, and communication skills

    Ability to provide executive-level guidance within a part-time structure

    Preferred Qualifications

    Master’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field

    Experience working directly with Boards of Directors

    Background in incident management, investigations, or licensing remediation

    Schedule & Structure

    This is a full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule. Some on-site presence is required based on program and regulatory needs.
