Your passion for caring will help our residents live their best lives every day, and you'll find a supportive community that values your contributions and encourages your professional growth Responsibilities: • Interview • Hiring and onboarding of new staff • Ensure new candidates are oriented and trained properly • Ensure all staff stay current with the required training • Follow up with all staff regarding performance issues and ensure improvements are achieved • Organize and assist with new move-in inquiries and tours • Introduce new policies and tasks to all staff and ensure proper understanding is achieved by all • Perform office management duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies • Manage staff timesheets for accuracy and submit them for payroll • Complete weekly inventory of nursing and cleaning supplies and groceries.
