Job Title: Executive Director Organization: VitaCare Living Location: Hayward, Wisconsin Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Position Summary The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operation of the facility. This role ensures compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations, oversees staff and program development, manages financial performance, and fosters a safe, supportive environment for residents and employees. Responsibilities: • Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day operational oversight of the facility • Ensure compliance with all applicable Wisconsin CBRF regulations and standards • Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate management and direct care staff • Maintain high standards of resident care, safety, and satisfaction • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community partners • Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping practices • Represent the organization in the community and maintain positive public relations Qualifications: • Knowledge of Wisconsin CBRF regulations and licensing requirements • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills • Experience with budgeting, financial management, and regulatory compliance • Ability to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Licensure/Certification Requirements • Wisconsin CBRF Administrator certification preferred • CBRF certified preferred, but will train the right candidate Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary based on experience • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development opportunities Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 yearly
