Job Title: Executive Director Organization: VitaCare Living Location: Hayward, Wisconsin Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt Position Summary The Executive Director is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and operation of the facility. This role ensures compliance with Wisconsin CBRF regulations, oversees staff and program development, manages financial performance, and fosters a safe, supportive environment for residents and employees.
