Clear Height Properties, a 15-year-old entrepreneurial real estate company, is here to build wealth and create legacies—for our team, our investors, and our communities.

We invest in relationships and buildings through industrial real estate, serving tenants, brokers, investors, and capital partners across Chicagoland, Minneapolis, and Ohio. This Leadership Team role is your opportunity to help guide strategy and lead the next chapter of a growing platform.

We’re working toward a clear vision: $1 billion AUM by the end of 2027. If you want to help build something big—and do it differently—Clear Height is the place for you.

You’ll love it here if you:

    Bring your A-game every day

    Make the next person successful

    Embrace change

Do what you say you’ll do

    Find fun in every challenge

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Take ownership of raising capital and managing investor relationships

Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs, family offices, RIAs, institutional investors, and lenders

Enjoy creating strategies that align capital stacks with target returns and fee generation

Feel confident sourcing and negotiating debt financing with various lenders

Love collaborating with acquisitions and finance teams to structure deals and drive recurring revenue

Are excited to launch new capital vehicles, including an evergreen fund

Value continuous improvement in investor communications, reporting, and CRM systems

Stay proactive in tracking and forecasting capital availability alongside the pipeline

    You’ll be accountable for:

Total capital raised to support acquisitions

Achieving capital stack targets aligned with deal structures

    Investor satisfaction and reporting

    Successful launch of capital vehicles

Providing capital markets leadership as a key member of the Leadership Team

We run on EOS purely. That means you’ll have a leader who:

Gives clear direction and real-time feedback

Makes sure you have the tools you need

    Delegates ownership, not just tasks

    Communicates openly and consistently

Meets with you quarterly to support your growth

Celebrates wins and helps you learn from challenges

    What’s in it for you:

Competitive salary: $150,000 – $200,000 base, plus significant bonus potential

Bonus opportunities through both a company profit-sharing plan and carried interest plan tied to company and investment performance

    Unlimited PTO and flexibility

Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for you and your family

401(k) with a generous match (no vesting wait)

Co-investment opportunities—because we believe in building wealth together

We believe compensation should reflect ownership. When the company grows, so should your paycheck.
