Executive Director of Growth & Operations - Bowling Green, KY

Are you a hands-on business leader who knows how to turn vision into execution—and execution into measurable growth?

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Growth & Operations to lead two established, physician-led, cash-pay medical practices in Bowling Green, Kentucky: MD Cosmedx and Doctors Diet Program.

This is not a traditional office manager or practice administrator role. We are looking for a senior leader who can take ownership of operations, people, financial performance, marketing execution, patient growth, and business development while working closely with physician ownership.

The right person will be comfortable moving between strategy and execution—reviewing financial performance, leading a team, evaluating marketing results, improving patient conversion and retention, and building the systems needed for sustainable growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day business operations across both practices.
• Develop systems, workflows, policies, and accountability measures that improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative team members.
• Establish clear expectations around productivity, communication, performance, and follow-through.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase patient acquisition, conversion, retention, referrals, and reactivation.
• Oversee marketing vendors and ensure marketing investments produce measurable results.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, payroll, margins, productivity, and profitability.
• Establish and track KPIs and provide ownership with clear, actionable reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing, programs, memberships, service lines, and recurring revenue.
• Optimize the use and profitability of existing services, technology, and equipment.
• Lead the operational implementation of new services and growth initiatives.
• Improve utilization of EMR, CRM, scheduling, patient communication, reporting, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
• Build scalable systems that reduce reliance on ownership for routine operational decisions.

We're Looking For:

• Significant leadership experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or another high-service or cash-pay environment.
• Proven success improving operations, leading teams, and driving measurable growth.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including experience with budgets, margins, productivity, and KPIs.
• Experience with marketing, lead generation, and patient or customer conversion.
• Confidence managing performance issues and making difficult operational decisions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• A hands-on, resourceful, solutions-oriented approach.
• The ability to balance business growth with exceptional patient experience and clinical quality.

The Opportunity

You'll join two established physician-led businesses with significant potential for continued growth. You'll have the opportunity to strengthen operations, develop the team, improve financial performance, modernize systems, and help shape the long-term direction of both practices.

During your first 90 days, you'll learn both businesses, assess operations and team performance, establish key metrics, identify immediate opportunities, and develop a prioritized 6- and 12-month growth plan.

Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 base salary plus meaningful performance-based incentive tied to growth and business results.
