Our home includes a reactive cattle dog managing a degenerative bone condition, a sweet indoor cat, and a second working dog who will be joining our family in the near future. The ideal candidate will possess patience, consistency, and a strong understanding of animal behavior, recognizing that trust is earned over time. Equally important is supporting our school-age child, who thrives with structure, encouragement, and positive reinforcement. Privacy, discretion, and healthy boundaries are foundational to our household. As a high-trust environment, all team members are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of onboarding.
