Today, we are searching for a skilled professional capable of providing strategic guidance and leadership to our finance department. This individual will play a pivotal role in steering our financial operations into the future
Duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financials, annual budget, misc. state tax filings, and weekly management reports.
- Participate as member of executive team reviewing strategic goals and recommendations to improve financial strength.
- Monthly Financial preparation including all Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, Worker’s Comp, and Work in Progress Schedules
- Create weekly Management Reports
- Provide inventory control oversight
- Timely filing of various tax filings
- Annual budget preparation and budget monitoring
- Weekly cash flow management
- Prepare year end reconciliations for CPA reviewed statement
- Insurance Renewals
- Maintain Banking Relationship and reporting requirements
- Understand company policies and procedures and ensure team adheres to them
Requirements:
- 5 years experience as an executive level Controller
- Construction accounting knowledge preferred
- Self-motivated Team player and able to give/take direction
