    We are seeking a highly polished and detail-driven Executive Dispatch & Reservations Coordinator to support our 24/7 luxury transportation operations. This role is instrumental in delivering a seamless, white-glove experience to our executive and VIP clientele. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-performance environment where precision, discretion, and professionalism are non-negotiable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Manage, book and oversee reservations with meticulous accuracy

    Coordinate and dispatch chauffeurs in real time within a 24/7 operational environment

    Proactively monitor all trips to ensure flawless execution and on-time performance

    Anticipate client needs and resolve issues before they arise

    Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, chauffeurs, and leadership via phone and email

    Maintain detailed trip notes, client preferences, and service standards

    Adapt quickly to schedule changes, flight delays, and last-minute requests

    Qualifications & Attributes:

    Experience in luxury transportation, executive travel, hospitality, and concierge level services

    Demonstrated commitment to white-glove, high-touch client service

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional tone and grammar

    Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Ability to remain composed and solution-focused under pressure

    Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 operation

    Discretion and professionalism when handling high-profile clientele

    Location & Training:

    This position will be in person for training and onboarding. It will transition to remote upon successful completion of training. Preference will be given to experienced candidates in Arizona, California, Nevada or New York.
