    Executive Housekeeper (Director of Housekeeping)

    Holiday Inn Express & Suites – Nephi, Utah

    Are you a passionate and detail-driven leader who takes pride in creating clean, welcoming environments for guests and fostering a strong team culture? Holiday Inn Express & Suites Nephi is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to take charge of our 67-room hotel’s housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and team performance.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to meet and exceed IHG brand standards.
    • Schedule, train, and supervise department staff to ensure efficient operations aligned with forecasted occupancy.
    • Oversee cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, public areas, and laundry facilities.
    • Conduct regular inspections and document room quality in Quore, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
    • Ensure storerooms and supply closets are organized and fully stocked to brand requirements.
    • Champion a service-first culture that creates "wow" moments for guests and builds a “Whatever It Takes” attitude among team members.
    • Act as the department's liaison with the General Manager and other hotel departments, fostering effective communication.
    • Support safety practices and regulatory compliance in all areas of the department.
    • Participate in hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed.
    • Assist with executive duties including cost control, payroll tracking, and inventory management.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Prior supervisory or management experience in hotel housekeeping (IHG or similar brand experience a plus)
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Working knowledge of Quore or similar hospitality systems preferred
    • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
    • Ability to train and motivate a team with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction
    • Willingness to work hands-on alongside your team when needed

    Schedule & Availability:

    Full-time position

    Schedule may vary based on hotel occupancy and operational needs

    Weekend availability is required
