What You’ll Do:

• Supervise and support the housekeeping team to maintain top-tier cleanliness
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Conduct room inspections to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
• Assist with scheduling and managing daily housekeeping operations
• Ensure supply levels are maintained and report maintenance needs promptly
• Jump in where needed—teamwork makes the dream work!
• A detail-oriented leader who loves a clean and organized space
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• A hands-on team player with great problem-solving abilities
• Experience in housekeeping and/or hotel operations preferred
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys guest satisfaction
• Day shift availability and a flexible schedule
