Part-Time Executive Housekeeper
Location: Seattle, Washington 98122
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–11:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week
Alternative Schedule: Open to a four-day-per-week schedule for the right candidate
Compensation: $55–$60 per hour
Start Date: August 3, 2026 (flexible)

A warm, laid-back professional couple in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood is seeking an experienced Part-Time Executive Housekeeper to help maintain their welcoming home. The family is looking for a trustworthy, proactive professional who enjoys creating order, takes pride in their work, respects privacy, and works independently with minimal supervision.
The couple lives in a charming two-story, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with hardwood floors, a backyard, basement, and vegetable garden. They enjoy spending time outdoors, reading, gardening, and relaxing with their dog. Dependable household support will be especially valuable in helping the home remain calm, comfortable, and well organized.
The ideal candidate will be experienced, detail-oriented, discreet, and nonjudgmental. They should naturally anticipate household needs and enjoy taking ownership of the overall cleanliness, organization, and daily upkeep of a private home.
Responsibilities Include:
• Complete detailed housekeeping throughout the home, including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchen, and changing linens
• Maintain the home in an organized, tidy, and welcoming condition
• Reset rooms and common areas to keep the household running smoothly
• Manage laundry, ironing, folding, steaming, and proper garment care
• Organize closets, cabinets, the pantry, storage areas, and other household spaces
• Complete household organization projects as needed
• Prepare meals and complete meal preparation while following provided recipes and dietary guidelines
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, including dishes and a complete kitchen reset
• Assist with grocery shopping and online grocery ordering
• Keep household supplies stocked and maintain household inventory
• Run household errands and complete personal shopping as needed
• Schedule household appointments, maintenance, and service providers
• Coordinate vendors and oversee scheduled home services as needed
• Care for indoor and outdoor plants
• Provide dog care, including feeding, letting the dog outside, and taking the dog on walks
• Use the family vehicle for approved work-related responsibilities
• Anticipate household needs and proactively address small issues before they become larger ones
• Communicate professionally while maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality
