Qualifications for a superstar (any mix):

• MUST BE PASSIONATE ABOUT SOLVING PROBLEMS and taking initiative!!
• Strong experience with the Windows Operating System Platform, Windows security best practices, O365 product suite, Unified Communications, VXRail, Exchange, Active Directory, and group policy.
• Ability to handle enterprise backup and restore technology.
• Very strong understanding and experience with interoperability between Windows and network architecture issues.
• Be able to exercise your experience in server problem resolution and tuning.
• Great knowledge of storage technologies.
• Extensive knowledge in virtualization technology (VMware) to include Virtual desktops.
• Must have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Operating systems, and Linux and Citrix.
• Two or more of these certifications: MCSE, MCSA, MCITAP, CCA, RHCE, EMC Proven Professional, VCP (VM Ware Certified), Citrix Certification
• MS BackOffice application experience (SMS, SQL, etc.).
• Ideally Dell Server hardware experience, including Dell Open Manage
• Strong knowledge of VMware Virtual center\ESX as well as VMWare Horizon View, VMWare App Volumes, VMWare User Experience Manager UEM
• Ability to create scripts for server management & support
• Microsoft Active Directory
