    Position: Executive Assistant/Manager

    Salary Range:

    Schedule: Full Time

    Hogue & Belong, APC is a fast-paced law firm seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant/Manager who will provide high-level administrative and personal support to [CEO/Executive Leadership Team of litigation law firm]. This role requires someone resourceful, highly organized, and discreet, with the ability to manage both business operations and select personal matters to ensure seamless support.

    Core Responsibilities/Duties:

    · Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements.

    · Manage income and expenses with oversite from Executives.

    · Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy.

    · Act as a liaison between executives, staff, clients, and external partners.

    · Coordinate meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.

    · Track and prioritize tasks, deadlines, and projects.

    · Assist with special projects and personal matters as needed.

    · Run errands as needed

    · Maintain confidentiality and loyalty in all personal and professional matters.

    Qualifications/Requirements:

    · Prior experience working for a law firm. · Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (5+ years preferred).

    · Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

    · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    · High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and/or project management tools.

    · Self-starter/proactive.

    · Ability to adapt quickly, anticipate needs, and problem-solve proactively.

    · Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
