    The General Manager leads the daily operations of The Real House Cleaners of Texas, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and every team member is supported, equipped, and aligned with the company's high standards. The role supports the owner by overseeing scheduling, communication, quality control, teaching, and staff management while upholding our core values: integrity, reliability, and excellence. Responsibilities: • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction, quality, and service delivery • Collaborate with stakeholders to align short-term priorities with long-term goals • Direct day-to-day business functions and team operations • Set clear goals, track performance, and hold teams accountable to high standards • Monitor key metrics and financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement • Oversees daily cleanings • Oversee daily schedules, route planning, and job assessments • Ensure teams arrive on time, prepared, and fully informed of each service. • Monitor workflow to prevent scheduling conflicts and maximize efficiency. • Supervise cleaning staff with a positive, supportive leadership style • Train new employees on company standards, cleaning procedures, and customer service etiquette • Conduct regular performance check-ins and address issues professionally and promptly • Handle client feedback with professionalism and offer solutions quickly • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism across all job sites. • Respond to client calls, messages, and service requests promptly • Provide quotes, explain services, and assist with onboarding new clients • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Track employee hours, mileage, and supplies • Monitor supply levels and coordinate restocking as needed • Qualifications: • Well-versed in using dashboards, KPIs, and workflow systems to manage day-to-day operations • The ability to lead by example, resolve conflict, and create a cohesive team environment • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles • Has experience managing teams and overseeing business operations • Is a confident communicator who leads with empathy and clarity • Experience in commercial and residential cleaning • Experience in management, leadership, or supervising teams (cleaning experience is a must) • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems quickly • Reliable, organized, and able to maintain a calm, professional demeanor • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation • Trustworthy and dependable • Detail-oriented • Positive leader who motivates others • Strong work ethic and integrity • Enjoys working with clients and helping people Compensation: $22 - $30 hourly
