Responsibilities: • • Lead the planning and execution of meetings and events, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and memorable experiences for our guests. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, and audiovisual requirements, to ensure smooth operations. • Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. • Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction. • Analyze feedback and event outcomes to continuously improve our services and exceed client expectations. Qualifications: • • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred. • 1-3 years of experience in catering, sales, or event planning. • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Exceptional verbal and written communication. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel sales software. • Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities. • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
