    We are seeking a high-level Executive Operations Assistant to support the leadership team of a growing real estate and property management company. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who understands property management operations, accounting systems, and the coordination of unit rehabs and property improvements.

    This is not a basic administrative role. We are looking for someone who can help bring structure, efficiency, and operational support to the executive team while managing multiple priorities across property operations.

    What You Will Do

    Provide direct operational and administrative support to the executive team

    Help manage day-to-day property management operations

    Coordinate unit turnovers, rehab projects, and maintenance schedules

    Communicate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and internal team members

    Assist with financial tracking, invoices, rent monitoring, and reporting

    Maintain organized records for leases, repairs, vendors, and properties

    Manage executive email communication, scheduling, and follow-ups

    Help ensure projects and property tasks stay on schedule

    Support operational systems that keep properties running efficiently

    Required Experience

    3+ years experience in property management, real estate operations, or similar field

    Strong understanding of property accounting and financial tracking

    Experience coordinating unit rehab, renovations, and property maintenance

    Proficiency with Accounting Software

    Experience using Property Managmeent Software ex[eroemce - Rent Manager software experience a plus

    Strong knowledge of Microsoft Programs

    Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills

    Professional communicator with tenants, vendors, and executives

    Capable of managing multiple properties, projects, and priorities

    Preferred Background

    Experience supporting real estate investors, owners, or executives

    Familiarity with multi-unit residential / Commercial property portfolios

    Experience improving systems, processes, or workflows
