We’re seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant / Operations Associate to support a senior advisor and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare client materials, and play a key role in shaping the client experience.
This position is ideal for individuals with experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Client Service Coordinator, or Executive Assistant—especially within financial services or those eager to learn wealth management.
