Executive Operations Partner to the CEO
We are a respected boutique investment firm serving high net worth families seeking a trusted individual to partner with our CEO and keep the firm running at peak efficiency. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced finance environment and stays several steps ahead.
Position Summary
You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO and act as a key gatekeeper and liaison to internal and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent judgment, meticulous attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage shifting priorities calmly and confidently. The CEO, a lawyer and finance author, is the founder of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
Communicate with stakeholders.
Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling and preparing for calls and meetings.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-up notes for meetings.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Anticipate needs, identify issues, and proactively solve problems.
Draft, edit, and review professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure follow-through.
Support ad hoc projects, research, and strategic initiatives.
Improve administrative systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
Top schools; top grades; desire to excel.
5+ years of success supporting C-suite executives, preferably in finance, banking, investment, or professional services.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRMs.
Success in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
Professional references and successful background check.
Ability to commute to North Stamford within approximately 30 minutes.
A plus: CFP, CFA, JD, Series 65
Calm and composed under pressure.
Excellent interpersonal skills and executive presence.
