    What You’ll Be Juggling

    • Calendar & Scheduling– Keep a busy calendar organized, anticipate conflicts before they happen, and make sureevery appointment is seamless Handle Correspondence – prioritize tasks and communication Logistics Management – From booking appointments to planning travel to managing returns, you’ll handle the details that keep everything moving.
    • Household Team Coordination – Work comfortably with household staff (from housekeepers to nannies) to ensure daily life runs smoothly. You’ll know when to roll up your sleeves and when to delegate, always keeping the team aligned.
    • Gifting and Event Assistance – Research, source, and coordinate thoughtful gifts and personal/professional gatherings.
    • Organization & Admin – Maintain an up-to-date address book, keep projects and tasks on track, and bring order to the little details. Must be willing to pick up a project from scratch, and little to no direction, and run with it.
    • Errands & Personal Support – Handle personal shopping, package returns, and other tasks that pop up in daily life.
    • Lifestyle Support – Help plan for healthy meals on the go, schedule wellness appointments, and keep the bigger picture in mind.
    • Anticipatory Superpowers – Be two steps ahead — spotting needs before anyone has to ask.

    Who You Are

    • A self-starter who thrives on responsibility and independence.
    • Highly organized with multitasking skills.
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable with productivity tools, apps, and digital communication.
    • Professional, discreet, and respectful — especially when working with household staff and vendors.
    • High EQ with a sense of humor — you bring calm, positivity, and problem-solving energy to every situation.
    • Experience in a personal or executive assistant role is a plus, but resourcefulness and the right attitude matters most.
