    Our client, a high-performing and innovative hedge fund, seeks a dedicated and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to support their CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This unique hybrid role demands a highly organized, proactive, and discrete individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The individual will work concurrently with the executive's Senior Executive Assistant. 

    ***Only candidates with 2 - 10 years of experience directly supporting a c-level executive in a corporate environment will be considered. ***

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Executive Support:
      • Manage and prioritize the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, calls, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones.
      • Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and investor communications.
      • Coordinate logistics for conferences, events, and high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
      • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
    • Personal Assistance:
      • Manage the executive's personal calendar, including family-related logistics, appointments, and travel.
      • Research and recommend personal services, events, and experiences tailored to their needs and preferences.

    Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor's degree, require.
    • 2+ years of experience directly supporting a senior level executive in a corporate environment, preferable finance or investment spaces. 
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
    • Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and ability to anticipate needs.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
    • High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management tools.
    • Comfortable with technology and adapting to new software and tools.
