    Prominent Seattle-based principal seeks a motivated, highly organized, and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to oversee and manage day-to-day professional and personal logistics. This role requires a candidate who can operate with a high level of autonomy, ownership, and discretion while supporting the principal across both administrative and personal domains.

    This position demands strong judgment, independence, and the ability to execute effectively without consistent oversight. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for complex calendar management, travel coordination, administrative support, and day-to-day personal logistics. Acting as a central point of coordination, this individual will ensure seamless organization, efficiency, and execution across all aspects of the principal’s schedule and priorities.

    The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining a proactive, solutions-driven approach. This is a full-time role based in Seattle, operating between the principal’s home, office, and on-the-go support. Flexibility for extended hours and responsiveness outside of standard business hours is expected. This is a long-term opportunity offering stability, trust, and the ability to operate in a highly impactful support role.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Heavy calendar organization and management: planning, scheduling, and coordination of business and personal commitments
    • Manage daily schedule and provide reminders as needed
    • Coordinate all travel arrangements and logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and real-time adjustments
    • Serve as a liaison between the principal and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
    • Act as a gatekeeper; manage incoming and outgoing communication across multiple channels with discretion and efficiency
    • Provide comprehensive personal support including errands, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics
    • Oversee digital organization, including email management, file organization, and general administrative systems
    • Assist with expense tracking, credit card reconciliation, and coordination with finance as needed
    • Conduct research and present clear, concise summaries and recommendations
    • Coordinate service providers and support property-related logistics as needed
    • Support scheduling and coordination related to the principal’s family as appropriate
    • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise
    • Maintain organization of records, files, and documentation across personal and professional matters
    • Operate with a high level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times
    • Additional Executive Personal Assistant responsibilities as needed and requested by the principal

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English; exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers
    • 3 – 7+ years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or hybrid support role
    • Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
    • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with sound judgment and minimal oversight
    • Highly proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
    • Resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve challenges efficiently
    • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to assess situations, act confidently, and follow through
    • High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism in managing sensitive and confidential matters
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
    • Technologically proficient, including experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general digital tools
    • Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to maintain appropriate responsiveness outside standard business hours
    • Operate with the utmost discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness at all times
    • Professional, polished, and highly dependable
    • Valid Driver’s License required
