We have been retained to conduct the search for our UHNW client for an Executive Personal Assistant.
Summary
The Executive/Personal Assistant is responsible for delivering high-level administrative and personal support to an experienced business director/executive located in the Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota area.
This position entails approximately 30 hours of work per week, with potential flexibility to increase up to 40 hours as required. The role follows a hybrid model, with an expectation of onsite presence at least one to two days each week.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support, including calendar oversight, communications, document coordination, and ensuring priorities are executed seamlessly
Coordinate lifestyle and operational details, including travel arrangements, private and commercial, multiple properties, vendors, appointments, and select personal matters, with a focus on quality and efficiency
Manage financial and administrative processes, including invoice review, approvals, contributions, reporting, and coordination with external partners and advisors
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Associate or bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
A minimum of 5 years’ experience providing executive-level administrative support in both professional and personal environments
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects efficiently
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and multitasking capabilities
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Professional demeanor and business communication proficiency
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working as a Personal Assistant for UHNW individual or family, or similar highly desired

Brings a calm, steady presence with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
Has experience supporting senior executives or UHNW individuals in a refined, low-ego environment
