Position Summary:
AGBO is looking for an Executive Producer to lead the development and production of interactive projects that are rich in story, character, and world-building. This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of high-quality gaming experiences while ensuring alignment with business goals. This role will oversee development timelines, budgets, and teams, collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver world-class interactive entertainment. The role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives at the intersection of creativity, production, and strategy - and who has a passion for pushing the boundaries of storytelling through gameplay.
This role is based in Raleigh, NC, and we're primarily seeking candidates who are currently located in the area or are open to relocating. In-person collaboration with our technical and creative teams is essential to the success of this position.

Key Responsibilities:**
Own the long-term strategy, release roadmap, and overall quality of the game, ensuring creative excellence and sustainable success.
Foster a community-centric publishing strategy, leveraging player insights and engagement to inform development and strengthen the game's ecosystem.
Partner with creative leadership to support, interpret and execute the creative vision.
Translate high level strategic goals into actionable production plans, ensuring clarity of priorities and resource allocation.
Provide oversight across all phases of development—from early prototyping to launch and live support.
Stay informed on industry trends, player behavior, and emerging platforms to inform product direction and innovation.
Help set quality benchmarks and creative goals that align with AGBO's reputation for excellence.
