This role offers the flexibility of working as a licensed real estate agent/independent contractor, combined with the structure and support of a team with proven systems for managing condos, townhomes, and single-family homes owned by small independent landlords. • Compensation is based on experience, including a base pay plus commissions. • Once established, our Executive Property Managers consistently earn $80,000+ annually. • A strong, healthy workplace culture Responsibilities: • Manage a portfolio of properties throughout the Denver metro area • Direct point of contact for your portfolio, including owners, residents, and vendors, while maintaining strong relationships • Meet and follow up with prospective owner-clients who have contacted Grace Management to present our services • Coordinate resident move-outs and process security deposit returns • Oversee the make-ready process on vacant homes Qualifications: • A strong moral and ethical foundation—integrity is non-negotiable • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management • Active Colorado real estate license • Personable, likeable attitude • Strong work ethic and the ability to self-motivate • Confidence balanced with humility • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Ability to work independently while following proven systems and processes Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
