    Job Description

    The NBCUniversal Global Security Operations team is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Protection Coordinator to support the planning and execution of executive protection operations for Comcast and NBCU C-suite executives. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and time management skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment. This role will collaborate and coordinate closely with NBCU’s Media Security, Business Continuity & Crisis Management (BCCM), and Intelligence & Investigations teams to ensure the safety and security of executives during travel, protection missions, and special events.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage daily schedules including calendar appointments, contacts, travel arrangements, internal meetings, and external appointments to ensure smooth operations.
    • Oversee and coordinate multiple concurrent travel arrangements, missions, and events, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Schedule and organize a high volume of meetings with executive colleagues and teams across multiple time zones; maintain and update calendars, prioritize requests, and adjust scheduling as needed.
    • Arrange domestic and international vendor security support.
    • Adapt to changing priorities by demonstrating flexibility, poise, patience, and persistence in rescheduling meetings and adjusting plans.
    • Track and collate Executive Protection metrics (costs, resources utilized, security vendors supporting etc.)
    • Process and reconcile expense reports in compliance with policy guidelines; manage P-card transactions and route invoices for approval.
    • Coordinate complex meetings and large team events, including room scheduling, AV support, preparation and collection of agendas and materials, note-taking, and tracking follow-up actions.
    • Manage internal communications through messaging tools to keep teams informed and engaged.
    • Liaise with executive drivers, air operations, and senior executive assistants supporting C-suite and senior leaders in GSO.
    • Prepare and edit presentations, agendas, spreadsheets, and reports to support executive and team needs.
    • Compile and facilitate reporting of operational data and metrics using tools such as PowerBI and Excel.
    • Organize and maintain executive files, both physical and electronic, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience maintaining and coordinating a senior executive’s phone, calendar, work and travel schedules
    • Demonstrated experience taking detailed notes and extracting action items; ability to understand priorities and adjust schedules accordingly
    • Exemplary interpersonal skills including a professional in-person and virtual presence

    This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.
