This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading reseller of B/B and B/C technical products.

My Client is looking for a Systems Administrator who feels confident with Zoho sales and marketing platforms to work with their sales team. You will to maintain, upgrade and manage their software, hardware, data, and networks. Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.

You should have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will be to ensure that the technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the Sales Department to ensure accurate data collection, data security, analysis, and reporting to inform sales management and day-to-day operational performance

• Manage network servers and technology tools related to Zoho

• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements

• Troubleshoot issues

• Upgrade systems with new releases and models

• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• Proven experience as a Zoho System Administrator, Network Administrator, CRM Administrator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Zoho is a must!
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g. Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)) is a plus

• Salary 90-100K/year depending on experience
