    We partner with ownership groups, operators, investment firms, and proptech companies to build leadership teams that drive performance.

    We are growing — and looking for a true real estate headhunter + business builder to join us.

    The Opportunity

    This is a full-desk, executive search role for someone who knows how to:

    • Earn trust at the executive level
    • Advise clients on hiring strategy and organizational structure
    • Proactively identify and recruit top performers
    • Execute searches with urgency and precision
    • Build long-term partnerships — not just fill roles
    • New client acquisition is required

    You will recruit nationally across mid-level to C-Suite searches within:

    • Multifamily
    • Student Housing
    • Commercial Real Estate (CRE)
    • SFR | BTR
    • Investment & Development
    • PropTech & vendor partners

    Who You Are

    • A natural relationship builder
    • 5-7+ years of direct full-cycle recruiting experience
    • Real Estate industry recruiting is required
    • Competitive and internally driven
    • Comfortable having leveling conversations with executives and ownership groups
    • Confident running client calls independently
    • A true headhunter — you don’t wait for applicants
    • Able to manage multiple searches without sacrificing quality
    • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated in a remote environment

    You understand the real estate space and can speak the language of operators, asset managers, developers, and investors.

    What You’ll Own

    • Full-cycle executive search engagements
    • Client strategy calls and market insight discussions
    • Candidate sourcing, interviewing, and presentation
    • Offer negotiation and closing
    • New client acquisition and relationship expansion
    • Building your own book of business under the CORY brand
    • This is not an order-taking role. This is a consultative, strategic advisory position.
