    Position Overview
    We are seeking a results-oriented, fully remote Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will recruit and place highly qualified engineering and leadership candidates within the power delivery sector. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, has strong recruiting industry knowledge, and excels at building relationships with both clients and candidates.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Source and identify qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, job boards, social media, and industry networks.

    • Conduct interviews, evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate outreach through placement and onboarding.

    • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates and clients to foster long-term success.

    • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our CRM system.

    • Keep abreast of industry trends and talent market insights to improve recruitment strategies.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of full desk recruiting experience, preferably within engineering or the power utility industry.

    • Proven success in sourcing technical or engineering candidates through LinkedIn and Boolean searches.

    • Knowledge of technical roles and industry-specific requirements.

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
