    Executive Recruiter – Permanent Placement

    Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

    Let’s talk money first — because transparency matters here.

    Year 1 Recruiters typically earn: $50,000–$60,000

    Year 2: $65,000–$100,000

    Year 3 and beyond: It’s up to you. We have dedicated recruiters earning $100,000–$250,000+.
