Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and professional Executive Recruiter to identify, attract, and place top leadership talent across a variety of industries. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for executive and senior-level positions while serving as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders.
The ideal candidate has strong sourcing skills, experience recruiting high-level professionals, and a proven ability to build relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive, leadership, and professional-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and position requirements.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified executive and leadership talent.
- Present qualified candidates and provide detailed candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer negotiations and assist with onboarding transitions.
- Maintain accurate candidate and client information within applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms.
- Build relationships with industry professionals, referral sources, and networking groups.
- Stay informed on labor market trends, compensation data, and industry developments.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or executive search experience.
- Experience recruiting leadership, management, director, vice president, or executive-level talent.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
Preferred
- Executive search experience.
- Staffing industry experience.
- Experience recruiting across multiple industries and functional areas.
