The Opportunity
We are seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher to join our dynamic Executive Search team. As a Researcher, you will own all aspects of candidate identification and prioritization for critical searches across the company. You will convert market noise into qualified leads, insights, and actions for recruiting and hiring leaders, while supporting proactive talent-mapping and networking initiatives.

What you will do:
**Drive search strategy & research execution: ** Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to refine search theses and own all candidate identification and prioritization.
Curate our always-on market map: Identify target companies and key product/functional charters. Dive into org structures and reporting lines to fuel executive pipelines and deliver high-confidence hires.
Be a trusted advisor: You collaborate with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, converting noise (press, org-changes, job posts, funding, product launches) into qualified leads, insights, and action for recruiters and hiring managers.
Contribute to a winning team: Share your passion for excellence, collaborate effectively, and go above and beyond to find the best solutions.
What you need to succeed:
5-7 years of research experience in executive recruiting , preferably within a fast-paced technology company or search firm.
Proven ability to partner with executives: You have a track record of successful collaborations with senior leaders. You are service-oriented and responsive to direction, with strong judgment on when to challenge decisions to ensure the best outcomes.
Investigative rigor: You’re a skeptical and structured thinker. You turn ambiguity into defined lines of research. You write with brevity and clarity.
High discretion: You handle confidential searches and sensitive information with impeccable judgment.
**Tenacious & Owns the Outcome: ** You are proactive, follow threads and close loops. You think creatively to overcome recruiting challenges.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $107,600 -- $197,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
