Who We're Looking For
You Might Be a Great Fit If...
You have experience in sales, home improvement, roofing, real estate, insurance, or any field where you had to earn trust and close deals
You're a self-starter who doesn't need a manager looking over your shoulder to stay motivated
You communicate clearly and confidently — whether you're talking to a homeowner or a commercial property manager
You're comfortable being out in the community — networking, meeting new people, and staying visible
You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Roofing or construction experience is a plus — but not required. We'll teach you everything you need to know about the product.
