Responsibilities: • Meet daily with amazing 75–105-year-old patients and families to HELP them take the next step to recovering hearing and communication • By example, lead our providers • ASK great questions to allow patients to ADMIT LOSS • LISTEN empathically to uncover their CONCERN to get help NOW • LEAD them to the best treatment for them, earning their TRUST • Get payment (private pay, not covered by insurance) • Train by the example you set! • Pass on your gift to the next generation! Qualifications: Proven history of the following skills • Expert in influential sales and outcomes • Solid understanding of the psychology of sales • Understanding of the psychology of hearing impaired or teachable to learn here • Producing leader of your current influential/sales team now • Faithful, able, and teachable to learn our system and contribute to refining it • History and willingness to train others by example • Ability to communicate with this age group extremely well Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have the proven qualifications above.
