Executive Sales & Operations Associate (Licensed Real Estate Salesperson) North Palm Beach, FL | Commercial Real Estate
The Role Are you a licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate with an MBA (preferred) or 1–3 years of business experience, eager to accelerate your career at the intersection of sales and executive leadership? Our well-established, privately held commercial real estate firm in North Palm Beach is seeking an ambitious Executive Sales & Operations Associate to partner directly with the CEO & COO.
This is not your typical assistant role. In addition to sitting at the decision-making table and learning the inner workings of scaling a successful firm, you will be actively involved in sales calls, local showings, networking, prospecting, and market research. It’s a rare opportunity to combine operational excellence with client-facing experience—building both business acumen and sales credibility in one of Florida’s most dynamic industries.
The Environment Fast-paced. High-pressure. Entrepreneurial. No two days are alike. You’ll be expected to meet hard deadlines, anticipate needs, and execute with precision. Thick skin, humility, and the ability to jump from a high-stakes boardroom meeting to an on-site property tour without missing a beat are essential.
Core Responsibilities
Act as the CEO/COO’s right hand, balancing executive support, operations, and sales priorities.
Represent the firm in the field: conduct property tours, sales calls, networking events, and prospecting efforts.
Manage calendars, emails, travel, and client/vendor communications with precision.
Step in across teams as needed—learning each function of the business from the ground up.
Lead special projects, research initiatives, and reporting with clear, actionable outcomes.
Develop systems, processes, and communication channels that drive efficiency and accountability.
Support critical relationships with clients, banks, vendors, and partners to ensure deliverables are met.
What We’re Looking For
Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License (required)
MBA (preferred) with 1–3 years of post-graduate business experience
Exceptional organizational and communication skills—written and verbal
Confidence in client-facing sales situations, with a professional presence
Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment
Humble, “no task too small” mindset with aspirations to grow into leadership
Entrepreneurial drive, resourcefulness, and curiosity to understand every corner of the business
The Upside This is a launchpad for a future leader. You’ll gain unparalleled exposure to both executive decision-making and revenue-generating activities—rare experience that positions you for long-term success in commercial real estate and beyond. For the right candidate, professional growth opportunities are significant, as is financial advancement.
If you’re ambitious, hungry to learn, and ready to build your career by mastering both the fundamentals of business operations and real estate sales, we want to meet you.
