Supervise field construction of High-End Luxury Retail Projects including scheduling and planning to complete work on time and within budget.

GC is a renowned well established medium-sized general contractor specializing in the construction of high-end retail stores in California, Nevada, Arizona, and other states.

• Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, and quality control.
• Work with the project team and develop an understanding of project strategy including scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, and inspections.
• Communicate and partner with PM to maintain an updated schedule that reflects project changes and meets time requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors engaged in the project.
• Manage the work to ensure that it is installed in compliance with and conforms to the contract documents.
• Utilize Procore to assure plan changes and updates have been implemented and all subcontractors are in compliance.
• Develop and implement a dust control program to ensure space is dust free during normal business hours.
• Manage and implement a site safety program and ensure subcontractor compliance with OSHA safety standards and regulations.
• Act as liaison with inspection agencies.
• Manage daily construction reporting.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in high-end luxury retail stores in casinos/hotels a plus.
• The ideal candidate must have good interpersonal and teamwork skills, desire to learn, and ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
• Should be proficient with computer applications and programs as required to perform responsibilities.
• Knowledge with Procore construction software a plus.
