PAY RANGE: $125,000

General Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with experience in managing custom single-family home projects in South Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ground-up construction and familiarity with Procore project management software. Additionally, experience with waterfront properties and piled foundations is highly desirable.

Significant Duties:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of custom single-family home construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project goals are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues in a timely manner.
• Utilize Procore software to track project documentation, RFIs, change orders, and other project-related information.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment among project team members.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in custom single-family home construction in South Florida.
• Proficiency with project management software, specifically Procore.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of waterfront construction and piled foundations is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
