Position Summary:
As an Executive Services Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for executive participants in corporate equity compensation plans. You’ll guide executives through every step of their equity journey—offering education, resolving inquiries, and introducing wealth and liquidity solutions that align with their broader financial goals. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role designed for someone who thrives on service, communication, and financial expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to executives participating in equity compensation programs such as RSUs, stock options, performance awards, and ESPPs.
Provide personalized guidance on equity transactions and compensation strategies—from foundational education to advanced planning and execution.
Conduct proactive outreach to executive participants throughout key milestones of the equity lifecycle, introducing strategic opportunities to connect with financial advisors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both corporate clients and their executives, identifying ways to deepen engagement and add value.
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of participant needs, drawing on firmwide expertise where appropriate.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Siebert Financial’s equity and wealth management offerings to deliver tailored, relevant solutions.
Ensure all actions align with Siebert’s values of integrity, service excellence, and putting the client first.
Required Qualifications:
Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses
1–2+ years of client-facing experience in financial services
Solid understanding of equity compensation and securities markets
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage sensitive client interactions with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications:
3–5+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Executive Services, Equity Plan Support, or a similar role
Active Series 66 (or Series 63 and Series 65), or willingness to obtain within 90 days
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
Experience working with executive-level clients and/or high-net-worth individuals
Familiarity with tax implications, trading mechanics, and liquidity events related to equity compensation
Strong collaboration and problem-resolution skills in a client-focused setting
