We are seeking an Executive Recruiter who thrives on execution, ownership, and results. This role is ideal for a corporate or agency recruiter who wants the flexibility of remote work while operating at a high professional standard—with real accountability and real upside.
The Role
This is an execution-focused executive recruiting role.
You will source, assess, and close senior-level talent while building long-term executive networks within the skilled trades and services space. Your work will involve a disciplined search strategy, deep candidate evaluation, coordination of multi-round interviews, and complex offer negotiations.
You may participate in select client conversations to refine search criteria and elevate the candidate experience, but your primary focus is delivery—making placements happen through persistence, judgment, and follow-through.
Because many of our candidates later become clients, professional communication, executive presence, and discretion are non-negotiable.
This role requires availability aligned with executive schedules, fluency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern outreach sequencing, and the internal drive to own outcomes from start to finish.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently placing 2–4 executive or senior-level leaders per month
- Building trusted relationships with high-caliber candidates nationwide
- Running organized, high-velocity searches with attention to detail
- Managing complex interview processes and negotiations with confidence
- Taking extreme ownership of results—solution-based mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle executive searches from intake through close
- Source senior-level talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, database search, and targeted outreach
- Build and maintain strong executive networks within the services and construction sectors
- Conduct thorough, structured interviews to assess leadership capability, operational competence, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate multi-round interview processes across multiple stakeholders
- Manage offer development and negotiations with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance throughout the hiring process
- Stay current on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent movement in the services industry
What You Bring
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally executive search and/or agency recruiting
- Proven success in placing leaders in skilled trades, residential services, commercial services, or construction
- Strong business and operational acumen; you understand how service organizations run
- Executive-level communication skills—clear, confident, and credible
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and modern outreach methodologies
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-through
- Competitive drive and an execution-first mindset

- Base salary DOE + OTE $120K–$170K (uncapped)
