    Key Responsibilities:

    - Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring a seamless workflow and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
    - Manage and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment that encourages professional growth and high morale.
    - Monitor inventory levels, order supplies responsibly, and maintain efficient cost controls.
    - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen.
    - Assist in scheduling staff and providing training as needed to align with culinary techniques and vision.
    - Lead by example in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

    Qualifications:

    - Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef, preferably in a high-volume and high-quality dining establishment.
    - Culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred.
    - Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
    - Creative flair and passion for contemporary culinary trends and excellence in food presentation.
    - In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques, recipes, and food preparation procedures.
