    Executive Sous Chef

    We are seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing culinary operations, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food production.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and create innovative menus while maintaining high-quality standards.

    Manage food preparation and cooking activities.

    Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory control and ordering supplies.

    Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards.

    Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation techniques.

    Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or menu changes.

    Monitor and control food costs and work within budgetary constraints.

    Qualifications & Desired Skills:

    Strong background in inventory management, food preparation, and kitchen management.

    Proven experience in food service management, catering, and restaurant operations.

    Preference for applicants with 10 years or more in culinary and cooking.

    Excellent communication and team management skills.

    Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and inventory control practices.

    Preference for ServSafe certified applicants.

    Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills in a culinary environment.

    Proficiency in food management, inventory control, and kitchen operations.

    Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.

    Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

    Beverage pairing and/or bartending experience a plus.
