We’re hiring a professional and proactive executive assistant to support our lead supervisor. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Responsibilities: • Perform duties and functions as delegated by the Executive Team. • Set business meeting agendas and attend meetings with the Executive Team. • Distribute “Action Items” from meetings to respective employees and follow up on progress • Schedule various meetings; monitor email traffic; flag important emails and respond directly to emails on the President’s behalf when appropriate • Calendar and personal schedule • Prepare agendas, take notes, and publish meeting minutes for the following regularly scheduled meetings • Assist with recruiting pieces for potential recruits • Schedule one-on-one meetings with the Leadership Team members (Managers and Assistant Managers) – (bi-monthly rotation) • Schedule employee performance reviews • Manage travel itineraries • Maintain all databases for the President/CEO • Prepare and submit expense reports • Understand the goals, values, and needs of the company • Interact with all levels of the Leadership team • Monitor and pay Board Memberships for renewal and other miscellaneous membership dues and fees • Assist with tracking registration and attendance for various events and provide support for events as needed • Interface with clients, guests, and vendors • All other duties and projects as assigned bythe President/CEO Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8-hour shift • Monday to Friday Qualifications: • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion Compensation: $50,000 to start
