EXECUTIVE TOUCH IS LOOKING FOR A HIGHLY STRATEGIC AND EXPERIENCED SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR TO MANAGE EXECUTIVE TOUCH’S OWNED SOCIAL COMMUNITIES, SUPPORTING OUR BRAND VISION AND BUSINESS GOALS. THE IDEAL INDIVIDUAL FOR THIS ROLE CAN DEVELOP CREATIVELY DRIVEN BRAND-MARKETING CAMPAIGNS THAT ARE THEN USED IN SOCIAL CHANNELS. YOU WILL BE WORKING IN A CREATIVE, FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT THAT OFFERS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BE PART OF BUILDING A RAPIDLY GROWING BRAND.
RESPONSIBILITIES
OVERSEE THE STRATEGY AND MANAGEMENT OF EXECUTIVE TOUCH’S OWNED SOCIAL CHANNELS, INCLUDING INSTAGRAM, TWITTER, AND FACEBOOK.
SET THE SOCIAL STRATEGY ACROSS ALL PLATFORMS, ENSURING A MONTHLY EDITORIAL CALENDAR THAT KEEPS MARKETING OBJECTIVES AND INITIATIVES IN MIND.
GROW EXECUTIVE TOUCH’S OWNED SOCIAL CHANNELS AND INCREASE OVERALL ENGAGEMENT WITH DYNAMIC CONTENT IDEAS AND STRATEGIES.
MANAGE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACROSS ALL SOCIAL PLATFORMS, POSTING AND SCHEDULING, AND CONTENT APPROVALS.
OWN SOCIAL ANALYTICS, INCLUDING WEEKLY, MONTHLY, AND QUARTERLY REPORTING, ENSURING KPIS ARE MET & THAT STRATEGIC INSIGHTS ARE SHARED OUT.
DEVELOP PROGRAMS AND OUTREACH STRATEGIES TO GROW OUR COMMUNITY, CHANNELS, AND BRAND AWARENESS.
SUPPORT IN STRATEGIZING, TESTING, AND LAUNCHING EXECUTIVE TOUCH ON NEW SOCIAL PLATFORMS AND DEVELOPING NEW TYPES OF CONTENT.
Qualifications
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE, RETAIL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL MEDIA INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS
