    We are growing our corporate leadership team and hiring for the position of Executive Vice President of Finance. This new, high-impact leadership role will report to the CFO and will require someone who lives in or is willing to relocate to the Philadelphia area. Responsibilities: Financial Strategy Leadership • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth, profitability, and operational excellence. • Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to refine long-term financial plans, capital structures, and financial risk management. • Provide executive-level financial insights, forecasting, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Financial Planning, Analysis, and Reporting • Oversee financial planning and analysis (FPA), budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting across the entire hotel portfolio. • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and ownership-level reporting. • Implement and enhance financial models to assess operational performance, ROI, and investment opportunities. Operational Finance & Performance Optimization • Work closely with operations leadership to evaluate property-level financial performance, labor optimization, revenue management impacts, and cost controls. • Provide financial guidance to regional and property-level teams to improve GOP, EBITDA, and cash flow performance. • Lead benchmarking initiatives across brands and regions to drive operational improvements. Accounting & Compliance Oversight • Lead accounting policies, controls, audits, and compliance programs in partnership with the corporate accounting teams. • Ensure financial practices meet GAAP standards and hospitality industry requirements. • Oversee tax, treasury management, and internal audit functions. Team Leadership & Development • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance organization. • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. • Drive adoption of financial systems, automation, and technology enhancements. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred. • 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 7 years in the hotel, resort, or hospitality management industry. • Proven executive-level experience overseeing multi-property financial operations. • Deep understanding of hotel accounting, revenue management impacts, capital planning, and operational finance. • Strong modeling, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities. • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and influence executive leadership. • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and organizational leadership skills. • Experience with major hotel brand systems (e.g., Marriott, Hilton, IHG) is a plus. This role is on-site in Philadelphia and requires a highly collaborative, forward-thinking leader with deep hospitality finance experience.
