Exegy is seeking a skilled communicator to produce high-quality product marketing materials for a growing portfolio of financial technology products.  This role offers the opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals to market cutting-edge technology to demanding customers. Qualifications

Our new team member will be the primary producer of high-quality content for sales collateral, websites, blog posts, and social media updates.  Given the complexity of capital markets and hence our products, we are looking for candidates with proven skill in crafting clear, simple, succinct, and persuasive content. While experience in capital markets and financial market data will be extremely helpful, we welcome fast learners with proven abilities to distill complex concepts and craft compelling value statements.  In addition to crisp prose, the ability to craft effective and compelling infographics (with the assistance of graphics designers) is required.  This role includes revising existing collateral to be more succinct and visual in its communication style.

This role reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer and works closely with the executive, product management, and sales teams.  In addition to generating great content, there will be ample opportunities to contribute to product marketing strategy, digital marketing strategy, and lead generation campaigns is strongly desired. Exegy prefers candidates to be located at Exegy corporate headquarters in Saint Louis, however working out of the Exegy offices in New York or London will be considered.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Generation and maintenance of product marketing content including sales collateral, websites, blog posts, and social media updates
• Ability to author clear, simple, succinct, and persuasive prose
• Experience designing effective and compelling infographics (with the help of graphics designers)

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES:

• Contribute to product marketing and digital marketing strategy
• Assist with lead generation campaigns
• Lead the re-design of the corporate website by a team of internal web developers and outside consultants

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years of product marketing experience
• Positive attitude and team-oriented working style
• Proven ability to author clear, simple, succinct, and persuasive prose
• Proven ability to distill complex concepts into approachable summaries
• Proven ability to craft compelling value statements
• Experience designing effective and visually compelling infographics
• Reputation for tenacity and resourcefulness to take high-level direction, overcome challenges, and deliver on time

Other relevant skills (helpful to have):

• Experience in website design
• Experience in metrics-driven marketing and familiarity with state-of-the-art tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and prospect engagement
• Familiarity with capital markets and financial market data
