Job Description
Publicis Sapient is looking for a MARKETING OPERATIONS MANAGER to help implement strategic marketing initiatives as part of the Data, Insights, and Operations team within the global Publicis Sapient Corporate Marketing & Communications team.
In support of Industry, Brand, and Recruitment marketing, this role will drive and facilitate cross-team campaign operations, structure, contact management, email deployment, and database management to ensure optimal Journey and Campaign execution, follow-up, and orchestration.
For Industry Marketing, this may include lead management automation, nurture program definition and mapping based on intent scoring models, creation and optimization of audience segments to enable optimal database utilization, leveraging technology to advance a prospect via our sales funnel using personas, grading, scoring, and sales intent to convert prospects to lead, partner with our Analytics team to maintain and evolve our multi-touch attribution strategy. Keen knowledge and in-depth experience in managing and optimizing marketing automation tools, CRM platform, and journey orchestration, configuration, and integration will be invaluable in helping to drive intended business outcomes, as well as facilitating critical alignment between sales and marketing.
Recruitment Marketing campaign and journey support, email marketing, database management, campaign structure definition, CRM system documentation, configuration, and activation support will also be a primary focus. This individual will partner with our Marketing Operations stakeholders on the execution of Recruitment Marketing campaigns, list cleansing, data segmentation, and data governance, for a wide range of programs, including employee referral programs, candidate outreach, retargeting, recruiting events, nurture programs, and service notifications to job applicants.
Data governance responsibilities and ownership will also be an important part of this role, including managing the development and implementation of progressive global data governance and privacy initiatives on behalf of marketing across the broader Publicis Sapient and Publicis Groupe enterprise, as well as supporting the creation and standardization of policies and processes that best align with marketing activities and objectives. This role will work in close collaboration with global teams throughout the company to build and support scalable initiatives, tools, and processes to keep our data safe and compliant.
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, self-starter, and team player, who's focused on continuous improvement, and has the ability to navigate and problem solve through ambiguous situations. The ability to cultivate strong and lasting relationships with partners and stakeholders throughout the organization is paramount.
The role is based in the United States but will support teams in Europe, as well as some support in APAC.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $175,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
