    Job Description

    The Manager/ Senior Manager Government Pricing Analysis will be responsible for providing analytical insight behind Government Pricing Programs with a focus on PHS 340B program transactions at Exelixis.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  •    Enhance processes and analysis of 340B Activity o    Identify duplicate discounting and other noncompliance items o    Identify and investigate aberrations o    Further develop robust processes to minimize or eliminate revenue leakage with 340B program related transactions across various channels of risk •    Support Covered Entity Inquiries •    Develop and produce regular reports and insights for management review •    Maintain filing systems •    Documenting Processes and Procedures •    Lead monthly COT assignments and regular reviews to ensure integrity •    Lead Cross functional data reporting enhancement meetings •    Review 340B Program statues, policies, and procedures on an ongoing basis •    Stay appraised of changing regulations and market dynamics •    Lead special projects as identified by Market access Leadership

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: •    No supervisory responsibilities

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: 

    Education: •    Bachelors degree in Public Healthcare, Healthcare Administration, Data Management, Law, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline + 5 years of related experience; or •    Masters degree in related discipline and 3 years of related experience; or •    Equivalent combination of education and experience. 

    Experience/The Ideal Candidate will have: •    Minimum 5 years experience in the Healthcare Industry desired; preferably in Pharmaceuticals  •    Experience with the PHS 340B program is a plus •    Understanding of the US Healthcare System

    Knowledge/Skills:

    •    Reading and understanding statutes and law •    Documenting Processes and Procedures •    Strong computer skills including advanced Excel and data management skills  •    Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize time sensitive tasks  •    Demonstrates urgency, respect, and confidentiality; is approachable and interacts professionally •    Responds well to shifting priorities by maintaining flexibility and professionalism •    Routinely produces quality work, contributes to efficiency and productivity •    Ability to communicate effectively and professionally •    Works on assignments that are complex in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required •    Applies learnings, job skills, and company’s policies and procedures to complete a variety of tasks •    Builds cooperative team relations with colleagues throughout the organization

    G&A and Development/Alameda: •    Environment: primarily working indoors, performing clerical work #LI-AW1
