Qualifications
Background, certification, or strong interest in exercise science, kinesiology, anatomy, physiology, personal training, or a related field.
Must complete and pass Stretch Zone’s accredited certification training which includes a virtual component as well as a two-day hands-on certification.
Hands-on learner with a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
Strong communication and sales skills with a desire to build lasting client relationships.
Reliable transportation and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members using the Stretch Zone method and protocols.
Accurately assess each member’s needs to determine appropriate stretch plans.
Provide exceptional hospitality and customer service in every session.
Execute stretching consultations for prospects and maintaining a high conversion rate.
Contacting members and prospects, following up on leads, and supporting membership growth goals.
Assist with daily studio operations, including maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere that motivates both members and staff.
A Day in the Life
Open the studio, organize the space, and prepare for a productive day.
Lead or support sales efforts, ensuring new and returning clients feel valued and informed.
Execute stretch sessions and consultations, maintaining top-tier client experience.
Support new team members with onboarding and training.
Partner with the Franchisee to meet daily and monthly performance goals and maintain high conversion rates.
Close the studio by celebrating wins and preparing for a strong next day.
